Teen Time

Real skills for real life — and the people in it.

Teen Time is a social program for young people aged 15–17, designed to build the communication skills, social confidence, and self-awareness needed to navigate friendships, community, and the world beyond school.

Drawing on evidence-informed frameworks including PEERS®, Social Thinking®, and Everyday Speech, the program combines structured activities, video gaming, and time in nature and the community for a well-rounded, engaging experience.

Led by Spectrum Therapy clinicians, each session is supportive and low-pressure. At the conclusion of the program, families receive a written summary of their young person’s participation and feedback on their skills.

It all started with a big dream.

Nadia, our founder, had a vision to transform child development care. During her training and professional career, she saw kids how fragmented systems failed children with complex needs.

She believed finding the right support shouldn’t be an exhausting battle

So in 2017, Nadia opened Spectrum Therapy to turn that dream into reality.

Since then, we’ve grown into a team of passionate professionals — speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and exercise physiologists — united by a shared mission to serve families with children with different abilities.

We're proud to offer a neurodiverse-affirming space where your child can thrive, grow, and receive comprehensive care under one roof.
